I have not yet reached out to customer service but unfortunately, my item came damaged. Looks like the package was smashed in and the box was broken. When I opened the earrings, the posts were bent. The product itself is beautiful and this is likely not the seller’s fault but I just wanted to make them aware in case there’s anything they can do to make their packages more durable for future customers. The earring backs won’t even hold for one of the earrings. I’m really disappointed because these are so pretty and I was super excited to wear them as a 30th birthday gift to myself.
